CITY OF CALAPAN, Philippines – A construction worker was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Sunday early morning in Puerto Galera town in Oriental Mindoro province, police said.
Lt. Col. Imelda Tolentino, MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) police information officer, said Feliciano Rubion, 44, was arrested by police in a buy-bust operation in Barangay (village) Sinandigan at about 3:15 a.m.
Police seized one small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu” (crystal meth).
Also confiscated during the search were 11 more small heat-sealed transparent sachets also containing undetermined amount of suspected shabu.
