MANILA, Philippines — Domestic and international flights were canceled on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 even as Severe Tropical Storm Tisoy is making its way out of Philippine territory.
In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced the cancellation of the following flights:
