MANILA, Philippines — The Liquified Petroleum Gas Marketers’ Association (LPGMA) party-list group’s second nominee Allan Ty on Wednesday took his oath as a member of the House of Representatives.

Ty took his oath during the plenary session at the Batasang Pambansa Complex on Wednesday, replacing the late lawmaker Rodolfo Albano Jr.

Albano succumbed to heart failure last Nov. 5. He was 85.
