ILIGAN CITY—The military ordnance teams detonated on Saturday a 260-pound bomb found in Barangay Sabala Manao, a lakeside village in Marawi City that was among those ravaged by the five-month war in 2017. It was the 11th bomb detonated since March.

The bomb was among those dropped by Air Force planes that targeted the positions of Islamic State-linked militants who laid siege on the city on May 23, 2017.—RICHEL V. UMEL
