MANILA, Philippines — A foreigner presumed to be of Chinese nationality was found dead in Pasay City on Monday (Aug 12) morning.
The Pasay City Police said the body was found along Federal Avenue Road 2, Metropolitan Par at 6:45 a.m.
Although the victim has yet to be identified, Pasay Police chief Col. Bernard Yang said the foreigner was “Chinese-looking.”
In a phone interview, he said the victim was found to have a fractured hand. Police have yet to determine the circumstances behind his death./TSB
