CEBU CITY –– A former barangay captain in Getafe town, Bohol was killed inside his house at past 4 a.m. on Friday, June 28.
Alejandro Abaño, former captain of Barangay Jagoliao, an island in Getafe, was sleeping when the attack happened.
A relative of Abaño, who was inside the room, was also killed.
Police Captain Benicer Tamboboy, chief of the Getafe Police Station, said in an interview that at least three persons went to the house of the victim and killed the two victims.
Tamboboy said they were looking into all possible motives behind the killings. (Editor: Leti Boniol)
