MANILA, Philippines – Francis Zamora is leading San Juan City’s mayoral race.
The City Board of Canvassers (CBOC) said Zamora, the former San Juan vice mayor, is leading with 28,436 votes while Janella Ejercito Estrada garnered 20,116 votes as of 6:57 pm.
