MANILA, Philippines — Former President and incumbent Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada cast his vote at about 11 a.m. in Precinct 2591B at Padre Burgos Elementary School.
Minutes after Estrada voted, his wife, Dra. Loi arrived accompanied by daughter Jackie to also vote at the same precinct as the mayor.
The three managed to smoothly cast their votes.
