President Duterte has offered Davao City as a place of refuge to a victim who was allegedly raped by a priest.
At a command conference in Davao City on Thursday night, the President said he met with the rape victim earlier and offered his hometown as a safe haven for now.
“I met the victim, was that in Bacolod? Oh, in Lapu-Lapu, The one raped by a priest. Earlier the person was here, ” he said.
