Philippine National Police Director General Oscar Albayalde can only guess at President Rodrigo Duterte’s sources on his latest claim that there are now seven to eight million drug users in the country.
Albayalde said the figure did not come from the PNP.
“We really do not know where the President gets the statistics, because he has, as we’ve said before, unlimited sources of information,” he said. —Jaymee T. Gamil
