Cop shot dead colleague after heated argument in Marawi City

DIGOS CITY—A man was shot to death by men riding in tandem at a coastal village here around 8:50 p.m., Tuesday.

Police said Roselo Campo alias ‘Raul,’36, was buying ice at Purok Bangus, when two unidentified men arrived on a motorcycle and shot him several times.

Supt. Deozar Almasa, city police director, on Wednesday said the suspects used a black Honda wave single motorcycle. The back rider pulled the trigger.

Campo was married, jobless, and a resident of Purok Bariles in Barangay Dawis.

He suffered bullet wounds in different parts of his body.
