The police and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested a Japanese national wanted in his country for involvement in a multi-million land scam.
Police identified the suspect as Kaminsukasu Misao or Misao Koyama.
Records showed he arrived in the country last Oct. 13. /ee
