Man shot dead in Tuguegarao

TUGUEGARAO CITY – Two motorcycle-riding gunmen shot dead a man along Puzon Street in Barangay (village) San Gabriel on Tuesday morning (Sept. 4), police said.

Elmer Ricardo, 67, was walking when two men on an unlicensed motorcycle rode up in front of him and opened fire.

First responders from the city’s Rescue 1111 rushed to the crime scene, but Ricardo had died from multiple bullet wounds in the head and torso.
