Agusan del Sur Gov. Adolph Edward Plaza has been charged in the Sandiganbayan with the misuse of nearly P10 million in fertilizer funds 14 years ago.
Plaza and 14 others face a count each of graft and malversation for allegedly awarding a fertilizer supply deal to Feshan Philippines Inc. in 2004 without public bidding. —Vince F. Nonato
