Local government units (LGUs) in some areas of Luzon announced Monday night the suspension of classes on Tuesday due to the bad weather caused by Tropical Depression “Henry.”
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of moderate to heavy rains across the country as Henry exits the Philippine area of responsibility on Tuesday morning.
