A former soldier was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Friday morning.

Harison Sacay, 39, was caught by members of the Cubao Police Station drug enforcement unit led by Senior Insp. Ramon Acquiatan Jr. along 20th Avenue corner Aurora Blvd. in Barangay San Roque in Cubao around 2:45 a.m., according to a report to Chief Supt. Joselito Esquivel, Quezon City Police District director.

Police said Sacay sold a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) to a policeman who posed as buyer.

Confiscated from Sacay were two sachets shabu, the P500 buy-bust money and a gold Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.
